Excellent service from start to finish from Carl and Hannah. We chose Whitegates Ilkeston having had valuations and quotations from 3 estate agents and from first to last we had no doubt we had made the right decision. From explaining that two sales contracts would be needed to take account of our circumstances to accompanied viewings with feedback on each of them and liaising with us on offers, the service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

A great experience. Aimee led the sale of my Dad’s house and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was amazing at taking the pressure away and handled it all so professionally. I would definitely recommend Whitegates.

I recently used Whitegates in Ilkeston for the sale of my property.
The service I received from start to finish was truly exceptional and they sold my house within 2 weeks of it going on the market.
They constantly kept me informed and offered help and advice when needed. Dawn and Gemma in the office were wonderful throughout and Carl, the Director, was great at setting up the portfolio and photographs and was a genuine pleasure to deal with.
I could not recommend them enough and can honestly say it was first class service all the way through.

We've recently purchased a house through Whitegates Ilkeston. Theses guys are very accommodating, they fitted us in for a house viewing at short notice and at a time that suited us. They were great at keeping us up to date with latest information regarding our house purchase. We can't fault them at all. Highly recommend them for buying/selling property despite this estate agents main focus being lettings.

Excellent professional service from Whitegates at Ilkeston. Carol and Aimee go above and beyond to help, thank you so much ladies, your help is always very much appreciated.
Not forgetting Carl who provided the excellent speedy service getting our property to market and the excellent marketing of our property at a very reasonable cost.
We have used Whitegates Ilkeston before and do not hesitate to recommend their service.
