We have had a great experience with Whitegates Heanor. They were always polite, responsive and helpful throughout the sale of our property, in person or by phone and text. Their initial assessment of our house was thoughtful and insightful. Spending time to identify and recognise features of the property to help the sale process. They had good Knowledge of the local property market and needs of customers which proved accurate and positive. Whatever our query they answered promptly, taking questions further and finding information out when appropriate, getting back to us as agreed.
We would recommend them as agents as they are positive, respectful and proactive. We had a good selling experience.

Cannot fault the maintenance team at Whitegates. I reported a small leak under my sink, and the repair was arranged by Marie and completed by Aaron very promptly.
The repair was fantastic, the trap was changed for both sinks, and the job was clean with no mess left behind. Aaron was very polite and courteous, and I appreciate his hard work.
Marie arranged the repair via email, and again I am very happy with the way everything was handled. I was spoken to with respect, and timings for the repair were arranged around my schedule with no issues.
I feel confident that if any further issues occur, I can completely rely on the maintenance team at Whitegates.

This is the second time we’ve used Whitegates and we returned due to their service levels.
Very friendly, proactive and attentive team all know the area very well so are very helpful and keep you informed.

I have used Whitegates Heanor to manage my rental property for over a year now and the service has been excellent. There has been maintenance issues recently which unfortunately resulted in a need to claim on my insurance. Lisa was fantastic, liaising with the insurance company on my behalf and also with the tenants to ensure that the required repairs were carried out as effectively and timely as possible. I would not hesitate in recommending Whitegates and would once again thank Lisa, Gemma and Paisley in the Lettings Team
