We used Wallace Jones to sell our house last year, we went with them because of Natalie's open and honest approach to what we would need to do, what to expect and her clear experience in the industry. I liked the fact that when there was something that needed communicating Natalie was at the end of the phone but she never pestered us, it was always on a need to know basis which we really appreciated. Selling your house is an emotional and stressful time, but with Wallace Jones we were afforded calm and professional attitudes every step of the way. Would highly recommend.

We were delighted with the service received by Wallace Jones, Natalie and Liz in particular. My dad's house was sold really quickly for a great price and he was able to get the rental he's been after for a while. They kept us well informed and were kind and sensitive to my dad's needs. He's super happy and we're very grateful. Thank you!

Was recently interested in a property that Wallace Jones had on the market, and I have to say that they were very helpful and kind, always responding within a timely matter and understanding of my questions and concerns.
Natalie in particular was amazing and assisted me every step of the way, keeping me updated and feeling secure during the process. One of the best services I've had in real estate, would 100% recommend!

We bought our first property through Wallace Jones and had the pleasure of dealing with Natalie who was really helpful to us as first time buyers - Natalie always managed to help us with whatever query we bombarded her with and always went above and beyond to help us. I would 100% consider Wallace Jones when I eventually come to sell the property because of the excellent experience we had with them!
