Express Sales were very quick, efficient and good value for money. I both bought and sold my house with them. Even though I had a buyer pull out for personal circumstances, it soon sold again. Kerry who works in sales is very quick to respond, is easy to contact and always keeps you up to date. Thanks for your hard work, I can see you have been doing this for years, and are up front, honest and realistic about everything, quite rare at estate agents. Express sales also seem to have a good reputation with my local solicitors.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Kerry always kept me updated on the property purchase throughout. Kerry was always chasing the solicitors to try and get the purchase through as quickly as possible. The communication was excellent and all round impeccable customer service given. Being a first time buyer i felt incredibly nervous about the process, but Express sales were great. The communication was good and all round impeccable customer service given. I have used Express Sales for a couple of years now, the team are very friendly and when I visit the office it always has a nice feel about it and they make you feel very welcome. On a professional level they have sorted out all my issues with my tenants in a fast and efficient manner, they are calm under pressure, obviously know their stuff from years of experience. On the Sales side I have purchased 2 properties with ease, they kept me up to date with developments.
