For the past 6+ years, we have been renting a property from Sharpe, in a village outside Derby. As far as a landlord goes, Jon and the team have been absolutely amazing. They have always been helpful, reasonable, fair, prompt in their responses, and even supportive towards situations that most landlords would not even need to intervene.
The team have also always been transparent about any changes and given us plenty of notice. To me, Sharpe properties strikes the right balance between professionalism and empathy which is all you would want to ask for in a landlord.
As such, we are super grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend Sharpe Properties to anyone looking to rent with them.

I've rented a lovely property that was affordable and well kept. Sharpe Properties were very respectful during my four years in the property. Responding quickly to a couple of issues that needed addressing during that time. I found them to be professional and allowed me to live in peace. I would rent from them again 100%

Rented a property for 11 years from Sharpe Properties. Fantastic letting agent, Jon was always incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

By far the most professional and human estate agents I have dealt with. Arranging a viewing at the start of my tenancy was painless and all issues with the property were repaired before move in. Provided a pack containing lots of useful information for renters. During the tenancy I never had any issues with contacting sharpe properties and was never disturbed during my tenancy. They provided the exact service an agent should and returned my deposit the first working day after I moved out of the property.

very poor. we arranged the viewing which then turned out to be a double viewing. once inside the property the man showing us around barely acknowledged only speaking to the other woman. he then asked her if she was interested and she said yes and we said we was too. at this point he said he only had one application and she asked first. very poor.
