SAB Properties, Long Eaton, appear OK on the surface. Problems began when I moved out and started claiming my deposit back via DPS. SAB refused and claimed they never received a 1 month notice ( I told them and emailed them twice and they replied & accepted it!), and wanted to claim for 1 month rent and alleged damages that were already there when I moved in, including smell of cannabis from a flat below! I entered the dispute resolution via DPS and won. Eventually, I got all my deposit back, as SAB had no genuine evidenceand I knew it. When SAB try you do this with you, and I'm sure they will sooner rather than later, remember to keep all evidence and submit everything on time. It is the landlord's/ agent's responsibility to prove tenants have caused damages. They also need evidence if they want to keep your money. I honestly don't know how Jacqui and others from SAB can sleep at night after deliberately attempting to steal from people.

Honestly the best estate agents I have worked with. Jacqui, the agent who worked with us was very friendly and helpful. She was easy to talk to and willing to help us in anyway she could. I can not fault them.

Fantastic experience moving in with the ladies at SAB Properties. After 8 years, I was very nervous to begin renting again but SAB made the whole process pleasant and pain free. I also received a welcome box which absolutely made my day! Nice job team
