From start to finish Robert Ellis (Long Eaton) have been fantastic. They always kept us informed during our pre rental journey, always replying to our questions and emails promptly. It has been a pleasure dealing with them, especially Mollie who has been outstanding during the whole process and was polite, friendly and so helpful through the whole process.
Thanks everyone at Robert Ellis and a huge thanks to Mollie.

Have to say Mollie went above and beyond to make sure our tenancy ran smoothly. She constantly kept in touch with us, making sure we were up to date with everything. Highly recommend Robert Ellis, even if your buying or renting, they were just great from start to finish.

The entire management team for Robert Ellis Lettings have been stellar in their customer service and promptly responded with every request and issue I encountered during the time Robert Ellis was my letting agency. The Lead Manager and supporting staff are nothing short of perfection with who they are and how they handle the tenants under their supervision. My building was sold to another management agency and this is the ONLY reason why Robert Ellis is out of the picture. Should anyone choose an agency for letting a dust, definitely pick them 10 out of 10.

I telephoned Robert Ellis Long Eaton to enquire about a property I was interested in, a lovely employee called Ruby was extremely helpful and also suggested other properties that I hadn’t noticed. Very polite, obviously enjoys her work.
