I recently attended a viewing with Ella from Robert Ellis. Ella was fantastic at looking out for tenants’ interests. She pointed out a few minor flaws in the property and explained clearly how these could be addressed ahead of move-in, which was reassuring. She made the entire letting process easy to understand, answered all my questions, and explained what steps to take for anyone interested in moving quickly to secure the property. Ella was very helpful and proactive throughout.
There was a short delay at the start of the viewing (about 5 minutes), but she communicated the reason for the delay clearly and was very prompt to get started. Overall, I found Ella to be very professional, informative, and genuinely interested in making sure tenants are comfortable and well-informed. Great front for Robert Ellis, and would 100% recommend asking for her at your next viewing! :)

Ella was well informed and really helpful while I looked at the apartment, she clearly explained things that are changing in the renting market, which made me feel a lot more educated and secure in my decision. She was friendly and professional, and made me feel at ease, anyone who has Ella take them around a property is really lucky. She let me view the property at my own pace, ask as many questions as I needed to, and take as many pictures as I wanted to of the apartment. Thank you!

We have let a property through Robert Ellis Beeston for the second time and are really pleased with their service. We have mostly dealt with Hannah who has done a great job of keeping us informed through the process and ensuring we have everything we need. Everyone else we have spoken to has also been friendly and helpful.

Ella was very nice and welcoming. She answered all of our questions clearly and directly, and was informative throughout the process. It was really nice having her as our letting agent — she made everything feel straightforward and stress-free.
