I have just had a very positive experience using Robert Ellis to sell a property. There was great continuity, with Mark Philpott being the first point of contact throughout. Mark was very professional, knowledgeable and supportive. He was always in regular communication and always either answered or returned calls promptly. I am very grateful to Mark. Many thanks to you, Caroline and the rest of the team that assisted with the sale.

Robert Ellis were amazing from start to finish. Genuinely very impressed with them. Especially Dawn who on the final day was phoning the solicitors non stop to ensure everything went through!! When we first started looking at houses they got us viewings on houses next day and fully supported us through the process. When the solicitors couldn’t decide a date to move, our agent Dawn took it upon herself to do it for them and sort it for everyone in the chain. When we were initially viewing houses, another estate agent in the area HC were absolutely useless. For a viewing on an empty house they said it would take 10 days! And when we put an offer in at asking price we didn’t even get a response.
Robert Ellis were fantastic and without them I genuinely believe we would still be in our old house! Thanks guys and thank you Dawn!! Also a shout out to Harry who showed us round lots of houses with such enthusiasm, unlike other estate agents who just stood there on their phones. One of which asked me not to park on the drive of the very house we were viewing!

Amazing wonderful outclass service.
Bought my first ever House with Robert Ellis
I can say with confidence that without Dawn Stokes , I would have not been able to buy my house. Her knowledge, her communication, her support was just incredible. Massive shout out to Robert Ellis and Dawn.

We were extremely impressed with the service we were given from Robert Ellis during our house sale journey. Mark and Caroline were extremely professional, encouraging and acting on our behalf by communicating with a range of agencies. I would highly recommend Robert Ellis, knowing the service you get is excellent value for money and professional support worthy of a 5 star standard mark .
