Yvonne and the team at Reeds Rains Glossop have been fantastic throughout the whole process, and she has gone over and above in her efforts to ensure our sale ran smoothly. I would recommend Yvonne every time, she's been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and as importantly got the job done! 10/10!!

Very poor all round - we chose to rent through reeds rains when relocating back to the area and couldn't regret it more and will not continue past our term. Hands off is an under statement and everything from application through to maintenance has been excruciating. Our actual landlord is great but I feel bad for him that there's a % of rent payable to RR given that they do as little as possible and have left us speaking directly to landlord and repair contractors at every turn. I have never rented in the UK and this may be how every experience is but I have rented out properties through other companies and this has not at all been my experience. Right now we do not have a working bathroom and there is no sign that this is going to change unless we initiate the sewerage chamber repair ourselves which is not within our remit or contract. Useless. UPDATED. responding to Paul - you are not an easy man to get in touch with and there is still raw sewage where my children pay, a bathroom that does not function and no date for this being rectified. Amazed that you even bother to post replies but feel free to call us. Number is definately on file - my wife called today and when she explained why she wanted to speak with you, she was laughed at!!!!!! What a bunch of jokes you all are.

Reeds Rains Glossop are brilliant and went above and beyond with my house sale, special thanks to Paul, Yvonne, Caroline and Lauren. I was really pleased in particular with their valuation and marketing of the property and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Glossop area.
