Review of Tenant Experience with Platinum Estate Derby and Luxe Apartment Derby: I regret to say that my experience with Platinum Estate Derby and Luxe Apartment Derby has been disappointing and frustrating. Despite numerous requests, they failed to attend to any of the repairs needed during my tenancy. Furthermore, they neglected to secure my deposit in a deposit protection service and did not return it as agreed upon moving out. When they did finally address the deposit return, they provided unfair and inaccurate invoices along with misleading pictures. It's clear that they have no intention of returning the deposit fairly, which feels like a dishonest practice. Specifically, I caution against renting any property from Luxe Apartment Derby, as they have proven themselves to be untrustworthy. Despite paying a premium rent for a furnished apartment, the items provided were subpar, and upon moving out, they nitpicked minor issues such as marks on the dustbin, scratches on furniture, and cleanliness concerns. Overall, my experience with Platinum Estate Derby and Luxe Apartment Derby has been marked by deception and mistreatment of tenants. I strongly advise against renting from them, as they seem to prioritize cheating tenants over providing a fair and satisfactory rental experience.
