Pinewood have been excellent in handling the sale of my mothers property from the moment of contact right through the whole process, They have been very professional, courteous, patient and very understanding. they answered all my questions promptly. The whole team always knew who i was when i phoned or emailed. They have made everything very easy for me, by being very efficient,. I didn't have to worry about anything and if i did they always put my mind at rest. A very polite office team who i wouldn't hesitate to recommend to everyone.

Excellent service throughout the sales process. All staff have been excellent from Stacey to Hayley, Rozi and Jacob giving us superb guidance and help including speedily finding a buyer, to advice on solicitors and clearance providers. Invaluable care especially since my husband isn't well enough to cope with all the essential details and this has taken a huge weight from my shoulders, especially to know that everything, legally, is correct.

From the point we engaged with the agent, it was clear they were very professional, everything was explained, the costs were very clear and nothing was left to question. The photography and the brochure was of great quality and the agent was consistently in touch with great advice throughout the process. Very pleasant and easy to deal with.
