Rogue agent!!! Beware!!! Unprofessional! Dishonest! And untrustworthy! This agency was previously trading under the name of castle homes , who went into liquidation and shut up shop leaving property owners/ landlords and also presumably tenants and contractors hundreds and thousands of pounds out of pocket, only to then immediately open up under the trading name of phoenix lettings, same personnel and same staff but without obligations to pay what was legitimately owed to all of the clients under the previous name of castle homes. In other words legal daylight robbery and corruption at its finest ! Lepord never changes it's spots, nothing to stop them doing the same again, resulting in this company legally escaping their financial obligations to pay their dues to all creditors and clients, think very carefully about your dealings with this company and it's staff, personell and management team. I would not trust them to run a bath never mind running and managing property which is most people's biggest asset. Poor communication, dodgy corrupt and fishy practises. Landlords you have been warned! I would not touch this company with a barge pole knowing what we know and the abhorrent and disgusting management and staff team they have in place. CROOKS in all but name. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!! CAVEAT EMPTOR !

Let through Pheonix Lettings 2007-23. This is truly a first rate outfit. I'm not saying it's always been perfect but they are good at what they do, cost effective, communicating with third parties such as estate management and local services. I have found that they listen better than the likes of countrywide, less complex, better service and less abuse and damages. I am happy to recommend them. :)

This company is a amazing, and have to deal with so many negative people who are unclean and unwilling to help themselves, but very happy to complain. Julie and Katy have been so so helpful in all my problems dealing with the death of my father, and taking over properties. I do and will continue to recommend this company they have been so supportive, professional, with all their knowledge of law and tenancies agreements. Many thanks your both great.
