I’ve just bought a house through Mathew Thomas estate agents, Ripley and the staff were superb! Communication was excellent, they were easy to deal with and super friendly. I got a timely response to every enquiry and their transparency ensured a smooth transaction. Negotiations were done quickly and very effectively. My new home is wonderful and I know we will be happy there, all thanks to the fantastic staff at Mathew Thomas estate agents. Particularly, thanks to Victoria, who was excellent from start to finish! Where do I start with this estate agent? Amazing isn't a strong enough compliment to explain the experience I have recieved with this company. I made the terrible mistake of selling my previous property with another high street agent (won't mention names) but my new property was purchased through Mathew Thomas, Victoria went above and beyond in every way possible to make sure things went smoothly. i was experiencing a few issues with my previous property sale that my own agent should have been attending to and dealing with but unfortunately failed to communicate on several occasions. Victoria stepped in and dealt with the problems promptly and professionally on my behalf even when technically Mathew Thomas were not my agent. I cannot thank Victoria and the team at MT enough, what a fantastic experience you have provided me with. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell or purchase a property.

I chose Matthew Thomas to sell my home after they had previously sold me my first home 3 years ago. I was a bit unsure about moving and there was no pressure from Matt, I was amazed when I had offers only a few days after the listing went live. The whole team at Matthew Thomas were great, very quick to answer any queries via email and phone and very helpful throughout the whole process. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone selling their home. The price was very reasonable too.
