Had one of the best experiences with renting companies in my life. Scheduling a property viewing was a one-call matter – very convenient. The process of signing the tenancy agreement was clear and straightforward. And when my plans had to change unexpectedly, the team did their best to help me end the tenancy with as little financial loss as possible. Special thanks to Maddie for supporting me and answering all my questions throughout the whole process.

Fantastic company that hasn’t let me down. Niall and Maddie have been amazing with assistance and always at the end of the phone when I needed them. I’m a nervous mover but they are there for you.
Highly recommend using this letting agency.

Martin & Co Derby did an absolutely fantastic job of selling our property. Highly professional throughout the process, gave valuable advice and kept us fully informed at every stage. Special thanks to Josh for a great job of marketing the property for us and to Ruby for being really proactive in getting responses from both sets of solicitors to keep things moving.

Automated message is broken. No one answers the phone, called 3 times and keep getting a message after waiting around 15 minutes stating that the lines are busy and I can either hold the line or email and then get cut off. Why give me the option to hold the line and then cut me off?? It's pretty obvious that whoever was in the office on Saturday 12th July at around 11am was clearly sitting there twiddling their thumbs and avoiding calls. Each time I called I was either position one or two in the queue so clearly the lines weren't busy. The whole reason I called in the first place is because no one got back to me when they told me they would. Absolutely fabulous service 👍
