My best landlord. Pav is good man. He is big landlord but he spek with rešpect to everyone. He always repair any problem fast. God bless him and his family.

I have had a wonderful experience renting from Manan Properties from the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, professional, and accommodating. Any maintenance requests or questions I had were handled promptly and efficiently, making my time here very enjoyable. The property is well-maintained, and it's clear that they care about creating a comfortable and safe living environment. I highly recommend 👍👍 very respectfull . Highly recommended👌.

Best landlord Very nice and kind lovely person understands you when your in a hard situation gives time and doesn't rush you does everything you aske him to even when at home still tries to make everything good for and feeling safe thanks manan god bless you ❤️🙏

Pav is the best lanlord in derby and work hard to have all his houses and help for all tenants. When i have problem he give me new one like new bath. Best
