This is my very first experience about getting a house for myself and for my family through a letting agent. Therefore I have decided to go with Leaders and it was an absolutely wonderful experience to get a perfect deal with nice location within Derby in a very short time frame in the demanding market. I am very great full to the Leaders management team, specially Oliver Green, Aaron Sangha, Dhilon and Teresa. I would highly recommend everyone, who is interested to get a property.

Outstanding service from start to finish by Aaron Sangha. Moving out for the first time could be daunting. However Aaron made this experience so smooth. The staff at leaders have been tremendous. Couldnt praise them enough.

Pressured us into opting for a zero deposit by insinuating they would give our property to another prospective tenant (which we now have to pay for and cannot opt out of for 3 months), have not fixed issues that were present since before our viewing, as well as some that we are now finding out about, and left us with the previous tenants gas and electric debt. Have now had the keys 4 days and still no electric, and cannot get in contact with our property manager. Hopefully these are one-offs but am concerned for the rest of our tenancy the way this is headed.
