Horrible way to deal with people, the places that they offer most of the times are horrible especially on a shared house property where they don't offer maintenance in case of a issue some rooms have mould that been painted over

I arrived to Buxton almost 1 year ago as an international student, and all I can say is that this company has been always so special. from day one, when Neil, the manager, helped me move my luggages from the palace hotel by his own car and being very helpful guiding me around the town, always checking if everything is going well, and more important, they answer and reapond to my inquiries in no time. would definitely recommend!

This company is out of this world! I move so much, from one country to another and when I moved to Buxton, as usual, I had trouble finding a place to live. No one wanted to rent to a foreigner with no guarantor or they need you to view the property beforehand. Both of these terms ruled me out for any property. The landlord rang me (on an international mobile) replying to my email. He made everything so easy... From the other side of the world I managed to close the contract AND see the apartment. Yes! He actually made a video of himself showing the flat and sent it to me via WhatsApp! It is this kind of flexibility that real estate in Buxton DESPERATELY needs! As if that wasn't good enough, he picked me up at the train station (I had traveled by train all the way from Lausanne, alone, with 3 gigantic suitcases), took me to the flat, carried all suitcases up two flights of stairs, introduced me to my future neighbour in case I needed anything, and then, as if that still wasn't enough, he took me through a quick tour around the town just to show the places I needed to know. Other than the awesome landlord, there is Lucy. She makes sure everything you need gets done. Whenever something happened, I'd just email her and promptly I'd get a reply with a solution to the issue. And again, the flexibility. They understand that things happen in everyone's life, different people have different circumstances, and they make sure they can provide exactly what you need.

Really good landlord to be with, lots of properties available throughout my university town of Buxton. I used 2 of their properties and both had quick response for any issues that occured both maintenance or issues with student finance. would recommend for any students looking for accomodation.
