We’ve recently sold our first home (very quickly and efficiently) through James and cannot fault him at all. He is very easy to get on with, he’s caring, honest and has just been fabulous to deal with! He’s very informative and has kept us up to date every step of the way. He really does go above and beyond! Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home! 🏡

I’ve often found estate agents can be overly aggressive, until I was recommended to speak to James. I’ve sold my last 2 properties through him, and couldn’t recommend his services enough. He is always contactable day or night, has expert insight into the process, amazing contacts for complimentary services, and treats my buyers with the same care as his paying clients which keeps them engaged and supports a smooth sales process. Don’t waste your time being one of many for big agents, James’s 1-2-1 service is exactly what you need.

We've used James for two sales, and we will never use anyone else! 🌟🌟🌟
Not only is James friendly, genuine, and personable, always making us feel valued as clients, he was so on top of everything, super responsive, and well organised when arranging viewings. Throughout both sales, he kept a constant line of communication with us on the progress of both viewings and offers.
Additionally, James provided valuable advice on suitability and fairness of offers, and utilised his expert negotiation skills to achieve the best price on our behalf. His recommendations for other professionals (e.g. solicitor) have also always been so helpful.
James goes above and beyond to achieve the best outcome possible for you, and takes the stress out of what could otherwise be a difficult process to navigate.

We cannot recommend James enough! He got our house on the market within a couple of days. Since then, James has truly gone above and beyond and has taken all of the stress away from moving house. Everything with James has a personal touch. Being able to get in contact with James 24/7 has been a dream - something you don't get with other estate agents that can be a nightmare getting hold of.

Having James as our estate agent genuinely made the whole moving process easier. He was very pro-active in listing our property on the market, and helped organise the extensive viewings that his advert attracted. Even when our house had sold, he continued to maintain contact with the other estate agents in the chain, which we can confidently say helped speed up the correspondence from both the estate agents, and the solicitors involved. If we find ourselves moving house again, we would only want James as our agent. His service is brilliant.
