I received an excellent service from Home2Sell selling my property. Julie continually kept me updated throughout the process. Not having sold a home before, she was patient and explained the whole process. Would recommend without hesitation.

Sold my 1st home through homes2sell. Initially they seemed really positive and wanting to sell our house. Within the first couple of weeks, our assigned agent went off sick for an operation which no one communicated with us. I was emailing him constantly to see if we have any requests for viewings and no one got back to me. After calling up, I was informed that the agent was off and no one had taken over our house and that they did not know when he would return. Upon his return around 6 weeks later, we had some viewings booked and finally sold. After selling and signing contacts, our buyer requested a 5th viewing (recommend by her solicitor). We already had in-place a moving date and could physically not accommodate this viewing. Myself and my partner both work full time, had other commitments, a family bereavement and had to pack our house within the week of this request and moving. The estate agent called me while I was at work (I was not really able to speak) but this was not considered and I knew I wouldn’t get another call back. He said I ‘look dodgy’ if I do not let her into the property before moving and that I sound ‘far too busy to even be moving house’. I later called back and spoke to someone else expressing the manor in which I was spoken to and how unprofessional my estate agent came across. Her reply was ‘That’s surprising because I’ve not had a bad review about him’. I did not receive an apology for how I was spoken to by ANY member of homes2sell. They did not contact me about what we were doing with the keys to our property until our buyer was already outside waiting to move in. Their communication was absolutely shocking and I would never recommend this estate agent to anyone that wishes for an easy move or sale. Selling a house is meant to be one of the most stressful times in your lives and unfortunately homes2sell made this 10 times worse. Do not recommend.

Nothing is too much trouble, that’s how I would describe the efforts of David, Julie and last but not least Stef! Handled the sale with urgency looked after all parties needs not just me as the seller. Time prioritised and buyer beat the stamp duty rise… Well done team highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with Home2Sell selling my house within 24hours of valuation/photos being taken before it even officially went to market by being put in touch with the perfect buyer already on their books! Julie and the team were also so helpful at communicating between myself and the rest of the chain when solicitors went quiet keeping me updated throughout the entire process. Wouldn't use anybody else to sell my house with!
