Hall and Benson Estate Agents Heanor

This is an edit as I was asked by Hall and Benson to remove this review which I refused to do, even though I was accused of trying to defame the business. This is a true account of our experience. I would not recommend Hall and Benson Heanor. Corey attended to carry out the valuation. He was very positive stating he will have no issues in selling our property. Promised the earth, delivered nothing. The photos and write up we can't fault however, the Communication was non existant unless I contacted them. It felt like, as our house had no interest in the first couple of weeks, in our opinion, it was put to the bottom of the pile and ignored. We had no viewings in the time we were with them. Corey did tell me he possibly had an interested buyer but never followed it up. They also lost my door key but refuted this saying my husband never gave it to them. In a telephone conversation today, again he said we did not give him a door key, but I know we did. We were basically called liars. When I cancelled my contract with them, the person I spoke to said it was very worrying as he had no details and knew nothing of the property. They charge over £3500 for the sale of the property however, Corey stated to me however, he has spent £500 on advertising my property. How is £3500 justified.

Fantastic service from Tom Hallam, he was a great help with arranging our mortgage. We experienced a high level of communication at all times from him and he was always happy to answer any questions we had. Thanks for your help Tom.

Fantastic service has been provided by Thomas Hallam. Extremely professional and helpful. He has kept us up to date with everything throughout the process of buying our first home.
