The guys you have working for you need sacking. They bodge installs, bodge repairs and I have stacks of videos and photos where a new bath has been leaking. Been to ‘repair it’ still leaking. Your tradesmen never take shoes off and use front garden/back garden to dispose of screws and wood chipping etc. If you had anyone half decent then you wouldn’t be getting called out multiple times for the same jobs. I’m in property and facilities management myself and I’m disgusted to be honest with the quality of workmanship portrayed across the board and often have to re-do things properly myself. Do you only have failed college student working for you? You really need to start getting some quality tradesmen in, your current ones are costing you a fortune from not doing things right. I understand mistakes happen but not mistake after mistake and if one of your lads didn’t install something properly and another came out to rectify, I would’ve expected it to be rectified. I’m literally stopping one of your houses from falling apart at my expense because your workmen are useless.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. Held up every single aspect of a move I'm involved with right now, we've been waiting almost two whole months for solicitors appointed by Guinness property to hand the paper work to the purchasers solicitor. Absolute joke. Everything else involved in this chain, is done and dusted where as they haven't moved an inch

Bit disappointed they never got back to me regarding interest as was unable to contact office prior to them contacting me,but due to safety critical job can't always answer my phone. Hope Guinness can consider me again at future date as parkers buildings would have suited me ideally for work etc.many thanks William Swann
