FHP recently handled the reletting of our shop in Sadler Gate, Derby. I was apprehensive about the time it might take to find a new tenant but FHP assured me that, based on their experience of the regional market, they would generate plenty of interest for us. Of course, all agents will say that. The proof of the pudding is in the eating they say and we had a good level of early interest, finding a terrific tenant. A great and very smooth experience In particular I recommend Corbin who we found to be very straightforward to deal with and attentive and responsive. He had a big part to play in ensuring the opportunity moved from viewing to completion so quickly.
