I have been a tenant of Russell's for a while and have been very happy and satisfied. Russell is very easy to contact and replies expediently. His reference checking and online document signing portal is again very proficient and easy. A Davison property representative met me at the property and did a seamless check in. The property I reside at is in very good condition and well maintained and cleaned on a weekly basis. Moreover sundry items and cleaning products are provided in the rent. The house is very well heated, ventilated and I found no maintenance issues. I was a tenant for over 2 years with Russell, and enjoyed my time at his accommodation. As for as customer service goes, any problems were solved and attended to very quickly. Any questions or queries are answered straight away and I would personally recommend using Davison Property to anyone.

Over 6 years ago, we took rental through Davison Properties of our family home, where we still happily reside to this day. Russell and his team have been a fantastic agency to rent through, always being responsive, positive and friendly in any dealings we have had over the years, and they have showed patience, understanding and compassion when needed, in a field where compassion is often not to be seen (this is saying a lot, as having rented for many years, I have had many less than perfect experiences to compare). I have recommended Davison Properties to friends over the years and would have no hesitation to do so in the future.

We have used Davison Property for many years to look after our portfolio and the services has always been excellent. In particular, the commercial advice and guarantor system that Davison Property uses saved us a lot of money when we had issues with a tenant that had caused damage to our property. We were able to recover all the costs for the damage and the lost rent from the guarantor. Excellent service highly recommended!
