I sold my home with Dales and Peaks, from the initial valuation and marketing right through to completion the whole team were very efficient, professional and friendly and most importantly were always available to speak to. Lucy mostly managed my sale once I had a firm offer and whilst the chain was long she kept me informed every week with regular emails , she was very organised and knowledgeable and made a stressful house move run smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using Dales and Peaks.

The team at Dales and Peaks were great. They kept us informed throughout. We were buying a property that they we're selling. We had a weekly email to update us and where we could update them, and someone was always on hand to speak to us when we needed too. Thank you.

We had a hugely positive experience when buying from Dales and Peaks. The honest effort this team put into progressing a relatively long chain was impeccable. It’s a difficult process for most as parts can be frustrating and stressful but Lucy took everything our chain had to throw at her in her stride and was hugely reassuring and professional throughout. My wife and I have just purchased our first home through Dales & Peaks. Lucy, our sales progressor, was excellent and followed up all emails and communication quickly. A considerably better experience than all other estate agents we had worked with before (previous sale fell through). Would recommend as a buyer.

Dales and Peaks have been exceptional from start to finish. We dealt with a number of people at different stages of the journey towards selling our property and each person communicated well internally and externally to make the process as smooth and supportive as possible. Tom, Phoebe, Lucy and the wider team were all responsive and helpful throughout the process, leaving no stone unturned to provide the best possible service and experience for us and our young family.
