Recently sold my house with Amber Holmes. They were all very professional and helpful. If I needed advice it was very easy to pick up the phone and if no one was available right away they always called back promptly. They did lots of chasing for me towards the end to make sure both my sale and purchase went through as smoothly as possible. Would definitely recommend.

I have used amber homes for both sales and lettings. They assisted me with selling my own last year, were very helpful from start to finish and kept me update throughout the selling process. I am now renting a property advertised through them and again the process was very smooth sailing and felt at ease through it all. Thank you! Would definitely recommend for sales or lettings.

We have recently sold with Amber Homes can not recommend enough! Lucie came round and valued the property and took the photos and we could not ask for anything better, they were perfect! This meant that we were able to get an asking price offer the same day it went on the market! Great service! Thanks again.

We have sold houses twice with Amber Homes and would highly recommend. They somehow managed to sell our house in lockdown (how?!), and again really quickly when the original buyer had to unfortunately pull out. Matt and Lucie were excellent to work with.

Think VERY carefully before engaging with Cope & Co, especially if you are a landlord. If you are however, looking for a lettings agent to add stress, inconvenience and financial loss to your portfolio then look no further! At Cope & Co you can rely on their lack of communication, passion for terrible customer service and questionable understanding of their basic responsibilities as a lettings agent to cause distress and add to your workload. Staff members are unable to take ownership of issues raised to them, understand their clients needs and fail to apologise or deal with complaints to a satisfactory resolution. The Senior leadership team, who despite the impressive blurb on their website, love to create obstacles especially when you give them notice to terminate. Their tone in emails, if you even get a reply that is, has to be some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and not what I would describe as at all professional. There is always a reason companies like Cope & Co remove the option to leave reviews on their social media pages!
