We recently used Charles Newton & Co (Ilkeston) for both the sale and purchase of our home, choosing them based on a recommendation and we're so glad we did. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process; we were always able to get hold of someone when needed, which made a huge difference. The team was responsive, efficient and kept everything moving smoothly. We’re very happy with the service we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

We used Charles Newton & Co for our house purchase this year, our first home. The whole process from viewing and putting an offer in and getting our keys literally took 4 months - this was down to the amazing and thorough work of Charles and Michelle. They pushed everything so quickly and were so helpful and communicative all the way through. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thankyou guys!
