We've had a fantastic experience with CP Walker thus far! Sarah in particular is always so reliable; whenever we have had an issue in the flat that requires a contractor it is always fixed promptly and efficiently. Recently, when our washing machine broke, Sarah made sure it was replaced quickly and we got a new one within days. Sarah communicated consistently with me and the process was super smooth.

I had a great experience with Maisie from the letting agency. She was incredibly helpful and did her best to assist me with the viewings. She also helped me with the application process and made sure I received the correct email address to submit my form. I’m still in the process of filling it out, as I’m currently travelling to London, but I’ll complete it as soon as I get the time. Maisie has been very supportive and responsive every step of the way. You can really tell she cares about her clients. Thank you so much, Maisie! Dom!

I recently had a property inspection carried out by CP Walker & Son(Beeston) , and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Abigail who inspected the property was punctual and professional. Abigail conducted the inspection with great care and attention to detail. She was happy to answer all our questions and took the time to explain her observations in a clear and friendly manner. What really stood out was how thorough yet efficient she was – no time wasted, but nothing overlooked. The report was delivered promptly. I keep the property to a very good standard very tidy and clean. Overall experience was great.

During my move, Maisie guided me through a wonderful rental experience. I experienced Maisie's help in arranging the viewing. She was very nice, supportive and organized. She was friendly. She answered questions, explained every step of the rental process, helped with the form filling process and followed up with the rental service.
