This was my first time renting a house in Buxton and the UK. Apart from my visa situation, working with BURT & HILTON was pleasant and professional. Emma was quick to respond to any queries we had at the start and was just as quick to help. The agency staff (we spoke to other agents during the house viewings) are pleasant, professional and responsive. Thank you.

Throughout the chain of purchasing my new house Emma stood out as the one who actually cared. She was always prompt in responding, reassuring when she needed to be and constantly willing to answer questions. Considering the incompetence of the other local estate agents in the chain im glad I picked a good one in Emma from Bury and Hilton, would recommend going through them rather than others to sell your property in this area.

Emma and the rest of the team have been nothing short of fantastic. Both times when I was buying a house and selling a house, they were very helpful every step of the way guided me through the process and made sure everything was done smoothly. I will always recommend them as they’re very knowledgeable and will help you whether the first house or tenth house. Professional throughout and very understanding.

We bought our new house through Bury and Hilton and Emma was brilliant throughout the entire process. We had a few issues with buyers for our house dropping out and we thought we would lose the house, but Emma was fantastic and really supportive helping us get our dream house.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Bury and Hilton again especially using Emma.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Emma and Lindsay offered honest opinions and advice to help sell our property and consistently kept us updated with feedback after every viewing. I would definitely recommend Bury and Hilton.
