Claire Taylor is an absolute credit to your organisation. From the start to end of the property process she went above and beyond. Claire was extremely personable and compassionate and despite not meeting her for 6 months, I felt like we’d known each other for years. Very professional quick responses. Overall my experience with Boxall Brown & Jones was very positive. They will definitely be my go too estate agents in the future!!!

Superb communication by Katie Poxon throughout the process of letting my property.
Phone calls and emails returned same day, professional service offered throughout to me as a landlord.
Inventory conducted by Becky who was on time, confirming her appointment with a phone call and again, extremely helpful and professional.
It's so refreshing to phone them and following a simple 3 option Phone message a human being answer and always very helpful..not a chat bot or AI intervention thankfull.
Due to this great service I received I will continue to use Boxal, Brown and Jones in the futer for all of my letting needs

Our house selling experience was made simple and straightforward by employing Boxall, Brown and Jones as our estate agent. We are really pleased with the service that everyone gave from beginning to end. It was great to always have someone to hand on the other end of the phone to answer any queries that we had. They were easy to contact and very obliging to our needs. Clare dealt with the sale. She was easy to communicate with and negotiated in a sensitive and professional manner between us and the buyer to a very smooth completion. We are very pleased with the outcome of our sale and the price of their service we thought very reasonable. We would not hesitate to recommend Boxalls or consider them for any further house moves.

Cannot thank the team at Boxall Brown & Jones. Professional from start to finish! We were kept up to date at all times and our sale progressed so quickly we were very impressed. Particular thanks to Tracey who negotiated our sale as well as Dawn and Jo. A great friendly team and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you all!

Great experience with Boxall Brown & Jones. Tracey in particular was great to work with, giving an excellent service and consistently kept us updated with the latest developments with our house sale. A professional and friendly company from the initial enquiry, Anthony who carried out the initial valuation was great as well. Highly recommended.
