We recently bought our first home through Bagshaws’ Mickleover team and, overall, had a very positive experience. A special thank you to Richard Gulley, who was incredibly supportive throughout the mortgage consultation process. As first-time buyers, we really appreciated his clear advice, patience, and reassurance - he made what could have been a stressful stage feel a lot more straightforward. The whole team at Bagshaws were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with, and we always felt well looked after. That said, we would strongly advise against using Talbots Law, the solicitors recommended to us during the process. Unfortunately, our experience with them was disappointing, and we’d recommend asking Bagshaws to suggest an alternative solicitor from their panel. Thank you again to Richard and the Bagshaws Mickleover team for helping us take this exciting step!

Very helpful, easy to talk to, all around very happy with the service. After disappointment with a local solicitor, Adam recommended solicitors who know what they are doing. No problem after that. No question was too 'silly'. Adam and Emily always there to help and give a guidance. I recommend the whole of Bagshaws Residential in Mickleover, they are very nice and helpful in every way. Richard Gulley was the mortgage advisor for our move. We were going to port our mortgage but Richard showed us that we could save money by looking at a different bank completely which we would never of looked at. Highly recommend him to anyone!!
