Everything started off fine and sadly at the end of the tenancy agreement they proved to by a 'typical' letting agent. After a 'final' inspection without us present they have withheld some of the deposit with no cost evidence and when we asked if we could correct the so called errors in the property the contractors had already been. I've been promised evidence of the withheld amount but had nothing back. They have failed to answer any of the questions we've put to them. Now we need to go through the DPS and wait even longer for our money to be returned.

Katie and Mel are a fantastic team who we would recommend without reservation!!! At a very difficult time, having returned from a long period overseas and having no knowledge of the housing situation in the UK, they stepped in and sorted us out with a comfortable little place that we could move into almost straight away. After 6 months our landlord decided to sell the property and we were back at square one. The girls pulled yet another rabbit out of the hat and we are now settled into our new home. They go way beyond their "job description". They are caring, considerate and understanding,....that's on top of professional, efficient and resourceful.

Katie and Mel are great, I've moved around quite a bit, rented my fair share of properties, and this is the friendliest and most chilled out letting agents I've ever used. Easy to get on with, flexible, professional and deposit was returned very quickly at the end of the tenancy - highly recommend. Melbourne's a fantastic place to live too, lots of countryside and friendly locals.

Katie and her team are amazing... Always helpful...and very quick to deal with issues! I only had a few typical little house issues in the 3 yrs with them and they were dealt with very quickly. No worries about deposit returns... Very honest and very fair. Definitely a go to company if looking for rental services as tenant or landlord 👍🏻👍🏻 well done Austin Property
