I completed on my first home last week via Argyle Property Associates. Ed was amazing throughout the process. He was always friendly and went above and beyond to ensure all queries were answered. He was really accommodating for my requests for viewings throughout the process. Being a first time buyer, it was all a bit daunting, but Ed helped make the process as easy as it could have been on his end! He also gave me a lovely gift tote when I collected the keys (including Celebrations and Hobnobs which gave me some much needed energy over the last few days!). I would highly recommend Argyle to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Ed is an amazing estate agent. He went above and beyond across all avenues. Whilst my properties had its complexities, he constantly came up with solutions. Although we were unable to complete due to requirements by the buyers lenders, Ed went incredibly far with the buyers with creative and innovative solutions. Would definitely recommend!

Ed was outstanding in the help and service he provided me when preparing a flat rent. He gave excellent and clear advice on how best to present the property, and then did an absolutely outstanding job with the photos and finding a tenant (in less than 48hrs), followed by great professionalism in sorting contracts, references, deposits and inventory. I couldn’t recommend Ed Argyle highly enough if you are looking for a professional service and happy tenants!

Ed has been amazing from start to finish. Very helpful, polite and attentive to detail.

We had the pleasure of working with Ed when selling our house, we had previously had the house on the market with an estate agent that has quite a large presence in the area and found their service to be lacking on several fronts and their overall attitude one that was quite apathetic.
Once we engaged with Argyle Propoerty Assoicates, the difference was night and day, we received a service that was by far the best we have had with any estate agent, pre and post viewing briefings, written feedback from viewers, market analysis of similar houses for sale in the area; Ed kept us up to date and informed every step of the way, from the first viewings all the way through to completion.
I will be recommending Argyle Property Associates to anyone I know that is moving in our previous area, Ed provided valuable subject matter expert insights to us thoughout the engagement and combined this with personable service that we were very pleased with. Thanks again Ed!
